Ashesi to introduce new programmes at inauguration of Engineering building

Ashesi University is one of the academic institutions in Ghana that is poised to redefine the quality and trend of training offered to student during their tertiary studies.

For years, the university has been heralded as a forerunner in expanding the development of practical education in Ghana; and the school is poised to make another stride in keeping up this image.

The world-class liberal arts university, will, on October 3rd 2015, officially inaugurate a new building for it Engineering department. Also with the inauguration, the institution will be adding more Programmes to its academic offerings: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering and Computer Engineering.

This will mark the biggest additions to the school’s academic Programmes since 2005. The schools just ended Ashesi Innovation Experience 2015 saw some 105 high school students work on ideas and projects on the school’s campus at Berekuso.
