mgRewards is Media General’s loyalty programme. Members earn mgPoints when they spend on MG Digital products and redeem them for cashback or discounts. We launched it in 2023 alongside PMXtra.tv, the single-show platform that later grew into adesa+.

Day to day it credits points on every qualifying purchase, holds each member’s balance and processes redemptions at checkout.

The rate is public: one mgPoint for every GHS 5 spent, and redemption is tiered up to GHS 1.00 per 100 points.
